Miami Metro Aquatic Club is a year round swim competitive program, for children aged 3-21. There are many different groups according to your childs age and experience. There is also one of the best Special Needs programs in the country. For more information click on another page above.
Swim Groups Miami Metro Aquatic Club practices are organized as follows:
Beginner swim 5-6PM M-F
Intermediate swim 6-7PM M-F
Advanced swim 6:30-8PM M-F
Starfish 5-6:30PM M-F
High School 3:30-5PM M-F
Starfresh 5-7PM M-F (MWSat AM)
Senior 3:15-5:15PM M-F (MWFSat AM)
